I registered for a race or walk! What is next?

Hopefully, you have received an email confirmation from the Online Registration provider with some of the next step details on what to do, and what the Race Event organizers expect you to do to be prepared for the road race/walk.

You should review any information contained in the email. You should also become familiar with the information about the race on their Website. No two road races are alike, and each can have different ways they process your registration and different rules they would like you to follow.

Key things to take note of:
Packet Pickup Dates / Times – Arrive Early! 1 hour before the race is best, less likely to stand in line.
Do I need an ID to pick up my Race packet?
Can I pick up my spouse’s race packet or a Friends race packet
Course Map
Parking and directions (And where not to park)

What is in the race packet (Swag in the Bag) can vary depending on the race, but usually, you will find:
